The mission of Designers’ Row is to create an educational platform for local designers and students to become empowered in their craft, showcase their talents and to become successful entrepreneurs.
Designers’ Row grows from the vision of native Washingtonian Genneya Briscoe (affectionately known to her peers as Genny B.), owner of Noire Beautique. As a local business owner and native of Washington, D.C., Genny B. started her career in the fashion as an consigner and vintage dealer. Always having the desire to encourage others in their goal of entrepreneurship, she would open her home to local entrepreneurs and the public to host vendor events. Genny B. is always on the hunt to find hidden treasures whether it be the perfect vintage dress, antique wood furniture that needs TLC and now through Designers' Row, she will expand her search in finding new designers. Here in Designers' Row aspiring entrepreneurs and designers will have the chance to learn about fashion, business and sales, as well as have a platform to be recognized amongst their peers and potential buyers.
